		Participants of CIPTA 2025 are kindly reminded to take note of the following important information regarding the final presentation and evaluation phase: 
		KEY DATES
		
		- Hardware/Poster Set-Up
		Date: Thursday - Saturday, 22 - 24 May 2025
		Venue: Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) 
		- Final Presentation & Evaluation
		Date: Monday - Wednesday, 26 - 28 May 2025
		Venue: Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB)
		Please refer to the judging schedule for your allocated presentation slot. 
		GENERAL GUIDELINES
		Registration
		All presenters must register at the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled presentation time.
		
Presentation Language
		All presentations must be conducted in English.
		
PRESENTATION DURATION
		For Local & ASEAN Categories (30 minutes total):
		1.	3 minutes – Set up and assemble equipment
		2.	15 minutes – Presentation and demonstration
		3.	10 minutes – Question and answer session
		4.	2 minutes – Disassemble and clear equipment
		For Smart Junior Competition (20 minutes total):
		1.	3 minutes – Set up and assemble equipment
		2.	10 minutes – Presentation and demonstration
		3.	5 minutes – Question and answer session
		4.	2 minutes – Disassemble and clear equipment
		Participants under the ASEAN: New Invention & Innovation Category and ASEAN: Young Inventor Category who are presenting virtually please join the presentation session via Zoom. Please find the Zoom session details below:

		Important Reminders for Virtual Presenters:
		1.	Join the Zoom meeting at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time for registration and setup checks.
		2.	Ensure a stable internet connection and test your audio/video equipment in advance.
		3.	Use your Project Code and presenter name as your Zoom display name for identification.
		4.	You will follow the same 30-minute presentation structure as onsite participants.
		5.	If presenting as a group, ensure all team members are ready and coordinated.
