GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION
The following guidelines are to ensure that all projects participating in CIPTA2023 Competition meet a high standard of quality and demonstrate innovation, creativity, and technical excellence. Therefore, participants are strongly encouraged to refer to these guidelines in conjunction with the competiton rules and any other resources provided.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Shorlisted participants are required to submit the following documents by Monday, 8 May 2023.
1. Final Repor
t - The content of this report will provide a detail explaination the novelty and features of your innovation/product. This report should show how it is diffferent from any existing innovation/products that is currently in the global market or has been published in research journals. Please use the template prepared (formatting of these templates should not be altered) and can be downloaded from the provided link.
2. Short Demonstration Video - A short video to demonstarte your product for the judges. The video should be in MP4 format and the length of the video should not be more that three (3) minutes.
3. Product Display's Details, Hazards Identification and Risk Assessment Form. Please use the template prepared (formatting of these templates should not be altered) and can be downloaded from the provided link.
4. Confidentiality Agreement Form. Please use the template prepared (formatting of these templates should not be altered) and can be downloaded from the provided link.
Please take note that as per the Crown Prince CIPTA Competiton rules and regulations, your innovation/product must be original and has not been published, submitted to other competitions, or copied from other sources.
